It might be a good idea to change your password

It looks like you've used the default password to get into the Members' Area, which probably means you don't know your Hub password, or you might have forgotten it.

No worries - we have an easy online form you can use to reset your password by clicking here - provided you've set up some security questions in advance. 

If that doesn't work for you, you can always give the friendly ICT Service Desk a call on 0800 ICT TEAM (0800 428 8326) and let them know that you need your password reset.

Don't forget to get onto it soon, as the default passwords will expire once website is rolled out across the country!
